You can choose whether to work with me online or face to face and together we’ll enhance your core strength, mobility, fitness, nutrition and well-being. Choose from 1-2-1, training for two, or small group sessions to help you feel fitter, leaner, stronger, more confident and motivated.

If you are in discomfort, have a sports injury, are recovering from surgery, or simply want to relax your body and de-stress, I can offer you a massage tailored to your requirements thanks to my wide range of bespoke massage treatments.

Hi I’m Carrie. I’m a certified level 4 sports massage therapist and health and wellness coach, specialising in injury, rehab, mobility, advanced core restore, strength and stability, women’s health: Peri and post menopause, and advanced ante and post natal, personal training and nutrition and weight management.

I’m on a mission to spread the message that ‘we are all built differently when it comes to getting results!’
