Hi I’m Carrie. I’m a certified level 4 sports massage therapist and health and wellness coach, specialising in injury, rehab, mobility, advanced core restore, strength and stability, women’s health: Peri and post menopause, and advanced ante and post natal, personal training and nutrition and weight management.

After retiring as a professional footballer I still get problems with old injuries especially with my neck, lower back & tight hamstrings that also affect my knee.
I was recommended Carrie for Sports Massage and after one treatment I felt much looser and gained more flexibility. It’s not just the massage, Carrie also provides stretching and rehab programmes for after the massage to support my weaknesses and issues.

Like many men in their forties, I worked out regularly and tried to keep in shape but could never shift the spare tyre around my middle. I signed up to Carrie’s BodyGoals Weightloss and Wellbeing programme for 12 weeks and was admittedly, cynical.
I wasn’t expecting much in the way of results, but I was wrong. After diarising food intake, reducing sugar, drinking more water, counting my steps and using Carrie’s BodyGoals HIIT workouts, I saw a big difference. I gained definition in my muscles, my core strength improved and my middle reduced to get a flat stomach. I was so pleased that the combination of training and eating well had made such a change. I had been working out for over 30 years but the most improvement was in those 12 weeks. Carrie’s motivation was what made it possible and ensured that I stuck to the programme.
