STRENGTH & FITNESS
The ability to move freely can be affected through lifestyle and diet, health issues and injury. I will help you achieve your individual goals, teaching you strength, mobility and fitness exercises to aid your mental and physical wellbeing. You will learn how to connect your deep core muscles with breath and movement to improve your strength and stability, whilst enhancing your mood, energy and fitness levels to feel happier and more confident.
NUTRITION & PERFORMANCE
Whether you want weightloss, weight-gain, or to just improve your overall health, energy levels and wellbeing, I believe in a simplistic, individual approach, combining the right balance of nutrition with exercise to achieve maximum results. I will look at how your gut health, hormones, genetics and mobility can impact your energy, mood, fitness levels and weight, with no calorie counting, no food weighing, no fixed meal plans and no diets!
CORE STRENGTH
Regardless of gender, we will work together to address the importance of your pelvic floor health and deep core muscles, understanding how these aid your overall core strength and well-being. We will look at how your breath connects to enhance your core engagement and movement and how positive changes to your lifestyle and nutrition can maximise your results.
PERSONAL TRAINING
I will put together a set of personalised goals tailored to work for you and your body. I work with clients on a 1-2-1 basis to achieve these with careful monitoring at every step. Through online or face to face sessions, we’ll address your nutrition, mobility, core strength, fitness and lifestyle to design the best plan for you, leading to results you will be proud of!
ONLINE PACKAGES
Our busy schedules don’t always allow us the time for face to face appointments. I have used my knowledge and expertise to create a variety of easy to use training programmes. No calorie counting, no food weighing, no diets, no fixed meal plans, and no gym required!
SPORTS, DEEP TISSUE & RELAXATION MASSAGE
If you are in discomfort, have a sports injury, are recovering from surgery, or simply want to relax your body and de-stress, I can offer you a massage tailored to your requirements thanks to my wide range of bespoke massage treatments. I will also equip you with the relevant mobilising, stretching and strengthening exercises to aid some of your massage treatments, allowing you to move more freely again.
